Ambit Energy currently offers natural gas service in Massachusetts. Ambit launched in Massachusetts in summer of 2012. This is just the first service offered and we likely will see electricity service offered in the future, and more territories. Customers who switch their gas service to Ambit will likely switch their electricity service once it is offered, essentially creating more revenue for Ambit Consultants who have customers in Massachusetts.

Standard Variable: This variable plan has a competitive rate that can change on a monthly basis depending on the current market conditions. Most customers will pay a higher rate with this plan.
Standard Fixed: Ambit also offers a fixed rate plan so customers can lock in a low rate for a 12-month period. This is our most popular option. Also, there is no early termination fee for Massachusetts customers, so locking in a rate that will not change during the contract term is an easy choice for customers.
